Terms and Conditions

The General

1.1. The Al Ain Square Privilege Programme (‘the Programme’) is owned and operated by Al Qattara (‘We’, ‘Us’, ‘Our’), who has sole authority over the rules and regulations governing the Programme.

1.2. By becoming a member of the Programme, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions (‘T&Cs’) provided herein and as may be amended from time to time.

1.3. We reserve the right to modify and/or amend any part of the Programme without notice and at our sole discretion. Such modifcations and/or amendments include, but are not limited to, changes to the list of participating outlets, the terms of the discounts and/or deals provided.

Membership

2.1. To become a member in the Programme, applicants must be a resident of Al Ain Square.

2.2. Membership in the Programme is non-transferrable, is for the exclusive benefit of the registered member, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

2.3. Membership in the Programme is free-of-charge and does not require activation.

2.4. By accepting membership in the Programme, you agree that we:

2.4.a. May collect your personal data, including but not limited to your name, mobile number, residential address, and email.

2.4.b. May share your personal data with our participating outlets and for marketing purposes.

2.5. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information as a member in the Programme.

Offers and Discounts

3.1. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, sales, offers or promotions.

3.2. To activate a discount with a participating outlet, you must present your privilege card at the time of purchase. Please note that membership in the Programme cannot be used as a guarantee of payment, for credit, or as a means of debiting a transaction.

3.3. Before making a purchase with a participating outlet, it is your responsibility to review the latest list of discounts available through our website, www.alqattara.ae, and these T&Cs.

Lost, Stolen, or Misplaced Membership Cards

4.1. It is your responsibility to ensure the safety and security of your privilege card, and you agree not to hold us responsible for any misuse of your membership card.

4.2. If your membership card is lost, stolen or misplaced, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately to notify us so that we may cancel the existing privilege card and issue a new one.

4.3. In the case of suspected fraudulent activity, we may suspend and/or terminate your account, at our sole discretion. We are not responsible for any fraudulent activity that may occur in connection with your membership.

Termination of Membership

5.1. We reserve the right to terminate the Programme at any time and without prior notice.

5.2. You may terminate your membership by providing us with a written request to do so

5.3. Your membership terminates if you cease to be a resident of Al Ain Square.

Limitation of Liability

6.1. All conditions and warranties, whether expressed or implied and whether arising under legislation or otherwise, as to condition, suitability, quality, ftness or safety of any service or product supplied, are expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any liability that cannot be fully excluded is limited to replacing, repairing or crediting the value of the discount at our sole discretion.

6.2. All exclusions and limitations of liability in these terms and conditions apply for our security and the beneft of all participating outlets.

6.3. Participating outlets do not have any authority, expressed or implied, to make any representation or warranty on our behalf.

6.4. We shall not be responsible for the technical faults of third parties or service providers.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

7.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the UAE. All members irrevocably agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Abu Dhabi (UAE) for the purpose of any legal action arising out of or related to these terms and conditions.
